Refund policy

All sales are final. Our products are digital files delivered instantly after purchase. Because of the nature of instant digital delivery, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Problems with your order

If something goes wrong — your file won't download, the file is corrupted, or you were charged in error — please contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will make it right, including re-sending your file or restoring your access.

Chargebacks

Every download is uniquely watermarked and licensed to the purchaser. Requesting a chargeback instead of contacting us first may result in your access being revoked and your license terminated.

All purchases are governed by our Terms of Service, including the personal, single-user license.
