1. Digital Product License

When you buy a guide from Open With Honesty, you are buying a license to use it, not ownership of the work itself. The license is personal, single-user, and non-transferable.

You may:

  • Read the guide on devices you personally own or control.
  • Print one copy for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, sublicense, lend, rent, or give away the guide or any part of it.
  • Upload, post, email, message, or otherwise share the file, your download link, or your account access with anyone else.
  • Make the guide available on any file-sharing service, forum, social platform, learning portal, or public or private group.
  • Use the guide, in whole or in part, for any commercial purpose, or to train, fine-tune, or build any machine-learning or AI system.
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notice, watermark, branding, or this license.

Watermarking and traceability. Every copy is uniquely watermarked with the purchaser's email address and order number at the time of download. Copies that are shared or redistributed can be traced back to the originating account. Breaching this license terminates it immediately and may result in revoked access and further action.

2. Intellectual Property

All content in the guides — text, frameworks, diagrams, layout, and design — and the "Open With Honesty" name, logo, and branding are owned by Open With Honesty and protected by copyright and trademark law. 3. Terms of Sale

  • Digital delivery. Products are digital files delivered electronically. After your purchase is complete, you receive a secure download link by email and in your store account.
  • Access controls. Download links are unique to your order. Download limits, link expiry, and other access controls may apply, and access is revoked automatically if an order is refunded or charged back.
  • Pricing and tax. Prices are listed in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise shown at checkout, and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout.
  • Eligibility. Our guides are intended for adults. By purchasing, you confirm you are 18 years of age or older.
  • Your account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and download links confidential.

4. Refunds

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, except where a refund is required by applicable law. If there is a problem with your file or your order, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will make it right. See our Refund Policy for details.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the guide or the store to infringe any law or third-party right, to share or resell purchased content, or to circumvent the store's access controls or watermarking. Violation may result in suspension of access and termination of your license without refund.

6. Disclaimer

The guides are provided for general educational and informational purposes for adults aged 18 and over. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or therapeutic advice, and purchasing or reading them does not create any professional relationship. Open With Honesty and its authors accept no liability for decisions made on the basis of the content. If you are experiencing distress, please consult a qualified professional.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Open With Honesty's total liability arising out of or relating to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

8. Changes and Governing Law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
